3.1.2.12. Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft Forward epiploon

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (subsection 3.1.2.9 subitem 1-10 see). 2. To turn out bolts of fastening of the holder 6 epiploons (fig. the Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders see). To remove the holder of an epiploon and a lining 7. 3. To take out an old epiploon 5 of the holder. 4. Запрессовать a new epiploon, preliminary having greased with its engine oil. 5. To establish the holder of an epiploon into place, having replaced a lining. 6. To tighten bolts in regular intervals on a diagonal the moment 20 Н·м (2,0 кгс·м). 7. To establish a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and a belt of a drive of a camshaft.

Back epiploon

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a flywheel (subsection 3.1.2.11 subitem 1-2 see). 2. To remove the holder of a back epiploon with an epiploon and a lining 3. To take out an old epiploon from the holder and to clear a place of its landing. 4. Запрессовать a new epiploon, preliminary having greased with its engine oil. 5. To establish the holder of an epiploon into place, having replaced a lining. 6. In regular intervals on a diagonal to twirl bolts and to tighten the moment 10 Н·м (1,0 кгс·м). 7. To establish a flywheel.
