7.4.3.3. A primary shaft
Primary shaft КП 016
Assemblage and dismantling of a primary shaft are carried out similarly to assemblage and dismantling of a primary shaft of a transmission of type 013 and 093 (cм. Subsection 7.4.2.3). Thus the backlash between gear wheels and corresponding blocking rings for rings of the synchronizer of 1st and 2nd transfer should be 1,10–1,70 mm, for rings of the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers – 1,00–1,70 mm, and for a ring of the synchronizer of 5th transfer – 1,00–1,90 mm (is minimum admissible backlash – 0,5 mm). Otherwise it is necessary to replace blocking ring. |
