The mechanism of management of a gear change

Adjustment of cables of management throttle заслонкой and a gear change (an automatic box of type 087)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start the engine and to warm up it to working temperature.
2. To leave to work the engine idling.
3. To disconnect draught 10 (cм. Fig. the Automatic transmission of type 087)) a drive throttle заслонки from the lever 9.
4. To remove the mechanism of management of the cruise-control.
5. To adjust length of draught 10 tip 11, having turned the lever 9 against the stop so that it fastened to the lever 12 throttle заслонки and to the lever 9 without a tightness. Thus throttle заслонка should be closed completely.
6. To disconnect draught of 6 managements throttle заслонкой from the lever 16.
7. To press against the stop a pedal 14 accelerators and to fix it in this position.
8. To disconnect a returnable spring 1 from the lever 16.
9. To turn the lever 16 to the terminator.
10. In this position to connect draught 6 to the lever 16 and to establish a spring 1.
11. To check up correctness of work throttle заслонки and gear changes.

Adjustment of cables of management throttle заслонкой and a gear change (an automatic box of type 089)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start the engine and to warm up it to working temperature.
2. To leave to work the engine idling.
3. To disconnect a cable 9 (cм. Fig. the Automatic transmission of type 089) from the lever 16.
4. To weaken adjusting nuts of 10 fastenings of a cable in an arm 8.
5. At completely closed throttle заслонке to fix a cable 9.
6. By means of adjusting nuts 10 to eliminate sagging of a cover of a cable.
7. To disconnect a spring 1 from the lever 16.
8. To press against the stop a pedal 14 accelerators and to fix it in this position.
9. To disconnect a cable 7 from the lever 16.
10. To turn the lever 16 to the terminator and to fix it in this position.
11. Having pulled a cable 7 against the stop, to fix its bolt in the lever 16.
12. To connect a spring 1.
13. To check up correctness of work throttle заслонки and gear changes.

Adjustment of the mechanism of a gear change

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the lever 11 (cм. Fig. the Mechanism of management of a gear change) the selector in position P.
2. To disconnect a cable from the selector lever, having turned away a nut 3.
3. To take away the lever 16 (cм. Fig. the Automatic transmission of type 087)) on a transmission against the stop (in the position corresponding to position P of the lever of the selector).
4. To pull a cable and to wrap a nut (cм. Fig. the Mechanism of management of a gear change) its fastenings.
5. To check up correctness of a gear change.
