7.4.4.5. Adjustment of the mechanism of management by a gear change
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken an inhaling of a nut 14 (cм. Fig. Draught of the mechanism of a gear change (type II)) клеммного connections of forward and back draughts of management by a gear change.
2. To remove the handle of the lever 8 (fig. (the Mechanism of management of a gear change (type I see)) and a casing 7.
3. To establish the gear change lever vertically on a line of inclusion of 3rd and 4th transfers.
4. To tighten клеммное connection by a bolt 12 (cм. Fig. Draught of the mechanism of a gear change (type II)) and a nut 14, thus the lever 2 switches of transfers should be in neutral position.
5. To include 1st transfer.
6. Дожать the gear change lever to the left against the stop.
7. To release the lever. It should come back to 5–10 mm.
8. To include 5th transfer.
9. Дожать the gear change lever to the right against the stop.
10. To release the lever. It should come back to 5–10 mm.
11. If lever moving does not keep within the specified ranges, it is necessary to spend adjustment. It can achieve moving of an arm 23 (cм. Fig. the gear change Lever (type II)) to the right or to the left.
12. To check up clearness of switching of all transfers.
