Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To brake the car a lay brake and to establish an emphasis under back wheels. 2. To remove a tank стеклоомывателя and to put it aside, without disconnecting a hose. 3. To raise and establish on a support a forward part of the car. 4. To turn away a bolt of fastening and to disconnect демпфер a steering from an arm (a steering without the hydraulic booster). 5. To turn away bolts of fastening of steering bent for рейке the steering mechanism. 6. To take away draughts from the steering mechanism, having removed an arm and a clamping plate. 7. To turn away a bolt of fastening of a coupling collar of the bottom shaft of the helmsman of a column, to shift a collar upwards and to disconnect the bottom shaft from a shaft приводной gear wheels of the mechanism of a steering. 8. To remove a sealant of a shaft of a steering column, having taken out it from an aperture in a board передка. 9. To merge a liquid from a tank and to disconnect bringing and taking away hoses from the valve case (a steering with the hydraulic booster). 10. To turn away bolts of fastening from both parties and to remove the mechanism of a steering from the car, having deduced it through a niche of the right wheel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the steering mechanism upside-down. 2. To connect steering draughts (subsection 9.6 see), a clamping plate to replace with the new. 3. Definitively to tighten a bolt of fastening of a collar the moment 25 Н·м (2,5 кгс·м) after backlash adjustment between a casing of a steering wheel and a casing подрулевых switches (subsection 9.2 see). The left bolts of fastening картера the steering mechanism to tighten the moment 20 Н·м (2,0 кгс·м), and right – the moment 25 Н·м (2,5 кгс·м). 4. On models with the steering hydraulic booster the submitting bolt of hoses is tightened by the moment 40 Н·м (4,0 кгс·м). 5. After installation of the steering mechanism to check up and if necessary to adjust a convergence of forward wheels at servicing deport. On models with the steering hydraulic booster to pump over system.
